We went to an RV show in Calgary April 1 2022, and met David Weiss who is an easy to deal with and knowledgeable sales person, he was able to answer most of our questions right away and if he couldn't he got the answers quickly for us. My wife had to make up her mind overnight but the next day we decided to buy from Go RV Red Deer rather than the other dealers there because David, Brian, and the rest of the GO RV staff at the show were so helpful, and they had the Travel Trailer my wife wanted. When we went to Red Deer today we worked with Dawn and she easy to work with and of great help, especially knowing how to deal with a missing registration for our trade-in. The facility in Red Deer looks great and all the staff we dealt with are excellent to work with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was by far the best and easiest buying experience we have ever gone through. Chad definitely worked hard to make sure we were happy. We drove from out of province so he sent videos and called us lots to ensure the process was as simple as it could be. He got us the best deal and with the help of Sharise the financier, everything was ready to go by the time we came to town. They even put us up in a very nice hotel overnight while waiting for the financing to be completed. Never has a company ever done that for us. If you want a fantastic buying experience with no stress then come to Go RV Red Deer and see Chad!! I would most certainly come here again for my next purchase and recommend Go RV Red Deer as the place to buy your next camper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales people are great, very nice of course and they will sell you a trailer. But the receptionist makes me want to sell the trailer every time I go in, she is so miserable and I want to avoid her as much as I can. Adventure club is a joke. "Unlimited" wood, propane, toilet paper.. more like limited to 1 refill, or one stack of wood and one toilet paper package per week. So if you think you're getting a better deal, just re-read this Go RV

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiancé and I drove from Edmonton to purchase our first travel trailer from here. We were looking for something very specific because we are going to be living in it full time. Right from the moment we arrived we had an amazing experience. Everyone was so kind and welcoming.
The day after we had it delivered to our site, the hot water heater had some trouble and stopped working and ended up flooding our bathroom.
We called roadside assistance to find that it was closed Mon-Fri and was redirected several times until we spoke to someone that said it wouldn’t be covered and that it would be $160 per hour plus a fee of $320 just to show up.
We decided to just call the dealership before we agreed to that and I’m glad that we did. They were quick to have someone drive to our site and look into and fix the issue! The man they sent was polite and thorough. He took it all apart and found that it was just a gasket that needed to be tightened.
We are hoping that because of this there isn’t any long term damage as it happened in the winter.
Regardless of our rough start, I’m still glad that I visited this location and bought from there. I would do it again in the future and recommend it to others.
