They told me one thing and tried to pull off something totaly different thing.The financing guy even wonted me to insure a vehical with out having papers signed at twice the price agreed on. Talked down to me , I believe because I was a woman, as they called my husband and not me, I was the prim buyer. Totally horrible experience stay away from go dodge red deer GO to Edmonton or Calgary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a 2020 Dodge Caravan here in June of 2021, noticed it didn’t have Bluetooth in it, even though it’s fully loaded. They agreed that this was weird, and that they would look into it. After looking into it they said that it was a factory mess-up and that they would install a aftermarket Bluetooth system. It has now been over six months of us calling, them saying they are sorry they forgot to get back to us, and someone will call us later that day to come up with a game plan, yet here we are, not any further than we were in June. I will NEVER buy a vehicle from here ever again, and will not suggest it to friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales experience was awesome but the immediate aftercare was lacking. They had a week to detail my vehicle. After having my used vehicle for 1 day I found out that the headlights had a safety issue called in was booked for a service appointment then it was canceled leaving me to drive an unsafe vehicle in the dark, because the headlights shutdown for no reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly quick service department. Definitely willing to go the extra mile when they can! Only good things to say about their service department. Sales department is a bit pushy and inexperienced at times in my business with them. But otherwise we're very friendly and accommodating.

Not a fan that I confirmed multiple times with the finance that I would be getting 2000$ Cash back to make a deal on my 2016 patriot & instead of giving me the money to pay the bill that I was going to pay it got told that they had to send it to the place. Just received a call from who I owed the money too saying they only received 1500$ cheque. Happy with the vehicle I’m driving now but won’t be buying another vehicle from here.
