★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So in the summer I booked in for service. It took two weeks to get in. Perfect.
My bike has been in storage since the beginning of December. At the end of December I asked that the repairs be done as soon as they get a chance. Same in February. End of March I'm getting upset it's still not done. They send my partner a text it will be two and a half weeks. That would be this week. Call today booked for April 23. FOUR MONTHS. FOUR MONTHS after I requested the repairs. Today is the first time someone in service answered the phone but are you kidding me FOUR MONTHS! Wouldn't mind an explanation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can a guy say other than, this place tested me with the utmost respect and really went above and beyond for me. I believe it was mike in fiancé that I dealt with. That man not only went through hell to get me approved for my Road glide, but then even got me an in-store credit to get me a helmet for myself and my daughter. Even to the point of answering any questions after hours that I had. This is my second bike from this team and I would bet go with any other store. The whole environment of this store is soo above any other Harley I’ve ever stepped foot in. So to whom ever is organizing and ruining this team. Also deserve some massive praise. Great job team alley. Thanks again for all your help!! Sincerely a very happy customer!!!

Thank you Jill for always being a pleasure to see and making my transactions at HD easy! Jill is hands down the best, most knowledgeable parts and accessories person I have ever dealt with!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ big shout out to Kelsey for amazing customer service skills.My experience in working with Kelsey over the phone has been absolutely remarkable when she says she is going to get something done she makes sure that she gets right back to you to confirm whether it can be dealt with or not I found that every time I would call and ask if they carried something to purchase in particular she would make sure she would find it whether it was one week away or 6 months away she'd still remember and got back to you as quickly as she possibly could she was also fantastic and helping me navigate through the online system where I could prepay and order things in advance. The professionalism and honesty that comes from Kelsey is remarkable and I can truthfully say that there is not enough words and gratitude and respect in this world that can express my gratitude and thanks To someone so genuine keep up the great work Kelsey and again thanks very much for all your help and support Sincerely Darren Hewie "
