★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding group of people who care. Everything from the moment you walk in. The clean and organized showroom that is easy to walk through. Prices posted in big easy to find locations on every item. A salesman that is always ready to chat and isn’t to busy to help out. Staff at the desk that welcome you in and help you get the directions needed. All the time smiling and answering phones. The mechanics who are always busy but will take a moment to speak to customers. Knowledgeable but also humble. Then there is Steve, all around good person who is easy to get to know and always concerned you are happy with your visit.
By the way, I don’t work at Kawasaki or have any affiliation with either the staff or Kawasaki. I’m just a customer.
One last note, they love Tim Hortons donuts and coffee. I know this because I took the time to drop some off in thanks. Thanks again for all your hard work!!

The ladies in parts are fantastic! I've never had a negative experience here. Plus I haven't had any problems with my Ninja. I appreciate the great service :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before covid hit I brought my motorcycle for maintenance and to get new tires and asked for specific OEM tires. They installed a different type of tires and did not advised me. I rode al the way back to YEG and noticed a weird noise, it was the belt drive it was too tight.

I would highly recommend getting someone a little more friendly and personable to take your service calls....I work in the customer service industry and would never rush someone off the phone if I am busy. I will continue to buy my parts from the wonderful parts department, but they just lost any future service work from myself.
