★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Tim's almost always gets my order wrong or the food is burnt. I paid with cash one time and the lady at the window tossed the change out the window. Can't count change back. I would be better service if employees would would take a little more time to do the job right. I guess this is what you get when you don't pay your staff well, and there is no incentive for a raise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people working here are in so much of a hurry, always trying to up sale you and they mess up constantly because they aren't listening.
They rush so fast, that one guy was spinning around not knowing what to do because I wanted too pay with Tim card. No one else in the drive-thru and they still can't get a sausage and bacon Biscuit right.
English is a second language for them, they know the words but fail to understand the meaning. Terrible Service if they even give you what you ordered. Stay Away, there is another one just into red deer on the left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teller got our order wrong. Had to go up to Window to order, thought we straightened it out and she understood us, but nope order was all wrong. As we heard the next customer coming through she said she couldn't hear them either, so I can imagine their order will be wrong as well.
I don't mind 1 item or order being off but to do the whole thing off is just off. I travel back and forth n usually walk in there but this was first time doing drive through and it was pointless. Hopefully they'll read this and rethink their communication skills.
