★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time dealing with a consumer proposal. I was scared, ashamed and intimidated about the process. I showed up late on a friday afternoon to drop off some paperwork and hopefully make a future appointment. I was made to feel welcomed from the minute I walked in the door.
Shanna literally made time for me on the spot, explained the process, my options and got the ball rolling immediately.
Shanna was very courteous, polite, understanding and helpful. She explained things clearly and without judgement. She had a genuine desire to help and the knowledge to do it. I am very grateful for her and her assistance with this. Sometimes people find themselves in a bad situation and it is good to know there are people like Shanna out there.
