★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven't been to a Ricky's in years and this is the first time at this location. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I will definently go back and recommend it. Sorry I can't remember our servers name but she was blonde with tattoos. She was a sweet heart. Merry Christmas to the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in here for lunch just before 12. Lots of open seating. Our meals were delivered in about 20 minutes. The waitress was very friendly. I had the full meal lasagna with garlic bread and caesar salad. The lasagna was very tasty and filling. I probably should have just ordered the half sized lunch version. The salad and garlic bread were good as well. The ambiance was to be expected for this type of restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so frustrating ordered delivery by skip the dishes first time wanted to change some things and update the eggs to benedict's and they wanted an additional $17 to do this that's the price of an entire meal made no sence so cancelled and re did order and bought them separate since it made more sense. they send no cutlery, no butter, no syrup for the pancakes.. this is ridiculous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the nachos. Good portion but 80 % of the cheese was on the bottom stuck to some type of wax paper. Never seen it before. Easy fix if management wants to rectify it. Waste of cheese. Love the ranch dressing the nachos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try the Chicken Strips here! Amazing how crisp on the outside yet juicy inside. I have never experienced better Chicken Strips anywhere for any amount of money.
Very friendly Staff, very polite and accommodating for special seating as desired. As of recently, one of my regular eateries moving forward. You won't regret ordering from their menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for lunch with a friend, we arrived at noon and were seated a few minutes later. Place was about 40% full. We place our orders about ten minutes later. Roughly about thirty minutes after we had placed our order a customer who was seated before we got seated, went to the bar and complained that he had been waiting forty five minutes for his order, who then proceeded to leave.
Well about ten minutes passed and we received our order. At that time, the server acknowledged that we had waited beyond a reasonable amount of time.
The food was hot, but nothing suggested why it would take forty plus minutes to receive our food. When the server returned to collect our dishes, she mentioned that it was a tough transition period, where the restaurant was trying to embrace the reemergence of the public with a skeleton kitchen staff.
