★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They seriously don't care about customers it seems... They mess up our meals big time every time we go in... And our replacement gets messed up... Why would u put bug Mac sauce on a mc chicken when it's supose to be extra mayo... And when does a kids cheese burger meal turn into a breakfast sandwich and no fry's or anything... Like seriously sick of this location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really busy place every time I have stopped by. Service can be a bit slow since they appear to prioritize the drive thru. The self serve machines also always seem to run out of paper to print your order number but maybe I have just had a run of bad luck. It hasn’t been an issue as of yet.

We were at the counter to order and after 6 minutes of waiting for an employee, my husband approached a girl who kept yelling 112....112.... 112....pretty annoying.... she said a guy would be back to take our order. After another minute we left. Clearly they couldn't handle the rush!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the worst experience. I was there on Saturday March 26 at 10:30 am. I ordered my food at 10:40. I waited for half an hour ( like others) and listened to her call all numbers but mine. I approached them 30 mins later and the lady said " I gave you this order" and I said " uh nope I've been waiting 35 mins and no one called my number" she thrn grabbed the ticket and said they had to make it again.
15 mins later my food came.. . The worst experience I've had here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through the drive through so I can't say much about the store it's self but the crew they had working just before 8pm on April 10 2021 were absolutely awesome. The person that took my order was friendly, polite and made sure he got the order correctly. The person cooking the food put the food together very well not slopped together like you get a lot of the time. And the runner was also very nice. I had a fairly large order and it was ready in like a minute probably. Usually when I go to other McDonald's franchises I don't get my full order, the food isn't even cooked fully some times and I'm forced to pull around the side and wait for 10 minutes when there's no one else there. That isn't the case here. Very impressed. My big Mac came out picture perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This time I ordered on the app (for the first time) and picked up in the specified parking spot. It took about 5 minutes for them to get my order out to me but I could see the drive-thru was busy.
I prefer to go to this one because the food is always hot and they remember straws and napkins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything I go to this location there is always something missing or not filled like coffee or fries or 3 times ago there was a burger missing last two times coffee was 3/4 full. We pay for food and expect what we pay for. You wouldn't appreciate it if you were the client. Do better.
