I was able to get a starter vehicle, based on my credit score and income level, and I will be able to trade it up in a year when I establish better credit. I can feel safe on the road as I also purchased the maintenance package they offer as well. Thanks Dan and Jenn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my Mazda CX-5 into the dealership, to have it diagnosed due to a dash light. It was determined that it was a motherboard issue. Within 10 minutes of me leaving, I was getting sales messages to trade my vehicle in. They wanted to get a trade value so it was picked up and assessed. We brought the vehicle back to be serviced once said part was in. After completion of the service, they called to say the headlight had a crack in it. This has now been diagnosed by a technician and assessed for trade in, and this headlight was intact. So now I'm being quoted $1700 to fix something that I feel happened during servicing.
I definitely will be seeking purchasing elsewhere.

Amelia, our sales rep, listened so well and took into account every feature we needed for the ideal vehicle for our family. She stayed well within our stated budget, she explained in detail everything we needed to know, and she was patient and kind all throughout. I didn't feel any pressure, only support and respect. I won't hesitate to go back for our next vehicle purchase!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased my first Mazda at Gary Moe Mazda back in 2019, and will recommend a Mazda to anyone as my Mazda 3 has been a great car for me and my family.
I wanted to upgrade into a SUV so I went back to Gray Moe Mazda and Amelia and her team really made this easy for me. I was able to get a test drive in around my schedule.
I was given a more than fair trade in for my old car and based on Amelia’s recommendation I was able to capitalize on the Mazda loyalty program
I have only had my new 2022 CX-5 for a few days but I am already just as pleased with its performance and design as my old Mazda.
Great stress-free experience and definitely worth 5 stars.

Brad the sales manager was upfront and worked with us to get the most out of my trade in. Renee in finance worked late and from home to to get the financing in place quickly. Great experience.
