Although I didn’t purchase a vehicle here, Bart was amazing! He allowed me to test drive over 8 different vehicles! He wasn’t pushy with wanting a sale, or commission, he understood where I was coming from and what I was looking for and was super understanding! Definitely recommend Bart!

Any dealership can have a great review when it comes to selling the cars…..sales people are generally friendly and inviting because this is typically how you act if you are selling something. Unfortunately. Great service in sales and terrible service to any one who is not buying a car is worse than terrible service all together. This dealership has the worst service if you need ANY MAINTENANCE ON YOUR CAR. I have been to this dealership twice and both of those appointments were almost pointless. The first time I took my car in specifically to have the battery changed….three hours later for a “1 hour appointment” they tried to bill me over 250 for “diagnostics” and they didn’t fix anything or change the battery, the check engine light was not on. I have no idea what they were doing. The second time was basically the same experience. I called 3 weeks ahead with a list of requests saying that I may need to have it in for a while…they booked the appointment at the end of the day and said they didn’t have time. Which is weird because I specifically called to make sure there was time……the main priority for the appointment, however was to have something fixed with my keyless entry and command start. When I arrived they said they could not do it because the mechanic for their command start just left????????? Anyway I could go on.. when I finally picked up my car, the woman in that checked me in basically tossed my paper work at me and told me to go and find some one to help me….. ???what?!??!? I stood at customer “service” for about 5 minutes until the same girl finally came in to ring through a 500 dollar bill again….didn’t fix anything or even complete some pretty straightforward basic maintenance. I have paid this dealership over $800 and the only actual work that has ever been done; Oil change Transmission flush Seasonal tire change (tires on separate rims already) Battery change. Based on other reviews; it looks like the great service only extends to getting that car sold. I strongly recommend you do not have any mechanical work done here. They are VERY UNORGANIZED. RUDE. It is an offensive waste of time and money.

Breanna is an amazing asset to Honda Red Deer! This is the 2nd car I have bought from her. She is so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and not overly forceful like some sales people! She listens to the customer so that she understands the customers needs and wants. She then works to put you into the right vehicle based on those wants and needs! I would recommend anyone ask for her when they go to Honda Red Deer to buy a car.

Had our vehicle just under a year and have had no issues. Bart really took care of us, so make sure to get him to help you out. There was a minor issue with the tail light after we bought it, but they were great to work out a solution for us and fixed it for us. Great service!

When I needed a car a friend told me to consider Honda. We bought a Civic, however regardless of how much I love my car, I can't believe how great the customer service is at this location. Every time we have come back (oil changes for example) we are treated so well. Even the sales person who originally sold us the car recognizes us and takes the time to check in and ensure all is great. I would highly recommend this location to anyone, you won't be disappointed

I just bought my 2021 Honda CR-V last week. Hans Agustin, the sales agent was very helpful, and accommodating from the moment my brother in law and I got there 2 weeks ago. He exceeded great customer service, very knowledgeable, went beyond what is expected of him. He even let me test drive all the cars I have on my list without asking and he never hesitate. He wanted me to find the perfect car that I like. Which he was able to accomplished. Hans, He truly is an asset to the Company. I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely recommend Honda Red Deer, to my friends and family. Thanks to Miranda George, as well for her great customer service and assistance!

Thank you to Allan and William (the sales manager) Allan is so pretty easy and very gentleman to deal with, and after deal is close he's still message and double check everything is okay with my new vehicle also William the sales manager I want to thank you for your kindness of service you guys are the best service in town!!! You make sure I have a service car to use for a week while my SUV in the shop and keep me an updated about what happened with my vehicle and I want to let you guys know William and Allan are the best and so gentleman to deal with !!
