Funny thing, I had sent a well explained email and review to the other site and there was no reply from the location whatsoever. anyways, hope to never have to go any of the auto body shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my Mercedes Benz "fixed" there, after getting rear ended last summer. They repaired the body damage on the rear end but did not replaced the rear seatbelts which were locked up, and also the rear air bags. By the time I noticed I had already signed and they won't help me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service I received at Fix Auto South was absolutely disgraceful. I got 3 quotes to fix my car and all 3 were around the same price. There was a small dent on the hatch and a few scrapes on my back bumper from a shopping cart. I take my car to Fix Auto and 2 days later I get an email indicating that my pick up date has been changed from a few days to three weeks. I immediately call them and ask to speak to the person dealing with my car. The service tech tells me, and I quote, "insurance doesn't care whether you make a $1,000 claim or a $10,000 claim." He admitted that there was no additional damage as was indicated to the insurance company. He went on to tell me that he just thinks it's better to get the entire bumper and hatch replaced. I said there's was one of 3 quotes I received and all 3 were around the same price. I told him that I do not want everything changed and to be out of my car for a further 3+ weeks. He said he was sorry, but they had already received approval from insurance, ordered the new parts and discarded MY original parts! They never discussed anything with me. I'm stuck at this point. Not surprisingly they extended my pick up twice more and kept me out of my car for another week. Each time I get lame excuses and promises to followup the next day, which never happens. Save yourself time and money and get your vehicle fixed somewhere else!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I though I would need to go ahead with my insurance claim for scratched paint on my Lancer, the manager came out to make the assessment and instead brought out some polish and was able to polish out the paint transfer off my doors FREE OF CHARGE!! They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the details! I highly recommend Fix Auto Red Deer South!
