Pricing seems average, inventory on used was non existing while in the mids of a pandemic but no different then most dealerships at this time . We gave this dealership an opportunity to buy two vehicles from us. "Follow my other reviews to note similar information " 10 k value difference between dealerships and they were the lowest offer i found in Alberta . I will say Sherwood Park Honda would buy both my Fords 13k more then them. Honda should NOT be buying Fords more then Ford. Positives. Very friendly understanding and a very quick clear communication train in house from the top down offers . Bads. Extremely low offers. Extremely low inventory. Overall .Pricing on New is transparent and overall inline with market value. I would consider working with them but not anytime soon . Id respectfully like to see used pricing based on low price buys .Cam Clark in the larger citys prices seem high so id speculate 7 to 8 k mark up on used in this market .

Kelly contacted me from Cam Clark to resolve the issue and was open and honest with me on the cause of the screw up and that is why i upgraded my review to a 4 star

The CCS contacted the nearest dealership (Cam Clark, Red Deer) of which I was treated with the utmost care and diligence!. Although the scenario was backlogged due to supply issues caused by the pandemic, Ally in the service department had been in continuous contact with me to give me updates. I am totally impressed with the level of service that had been provided by the staff and management at Cam Clark Ford in Red Deer and would highly recommend them for they're professionalism and customer care solutions. They had definitely brought out the best in an adversly tough situation!
