★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popped in Thurs. on off chance someone could take a quick look at my wife's new E-bike which seemed to be binding on both front and rear brakes and calipers; Mark was working on another bike but said he would take a quick look and let me know what was going on, in 20 mins all sorted also adjusted handlebar alignment and tightened headlight bracket. Fantastic service way over what I expected walking in off the street. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chris helped me find my dream bike about 18 months ago and I have been loving it ever since. I was looking for the "perfect" commuter, turns out it is the Spot Brand Acme. I LOVE my bike, unless it gets stolen like my last bike, I can see this bike holding up for decades. Chris special ordered in an XL for me and had it built while he was getting ready for his own wedding! We were immediately impressed with the shop, so much so that my Dad went and bought himself a cruiser shortly after. Ever since, Chris has been a tremendous resource for any bike related questions and his service has been phenomenal for maintenance, changing out parts and helping out with other gear. Extremely nice people, probably the best bike shop I've ever had the pleasure doing business with! Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an unlucky blow out today just before a big ride and needed a new tire. Walked in and within 10 minutes Mark and Chris (I think those were their names) were able to set me up with a brand new tire, they even put it on for me and just turned my stressful day right around. They're are knowledgeable and super friendly! Would recommend and will be willing to make the drive back from Calgary for these guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience 2 years ago buying my beloved Spot dually Road Bike at Wheel Life. Recently I returned with a problem. Mark stopped in the middle of servicing another bike, listened patiently to my concern and spent considerable time examining the bike, looking online & taking it for a spin. He was so willing to help, answered every question thoughtfully & never acted rushed. In the end he demonstrated a riding technique & made a delicately worded suggestion that instantly had me recognize the problem was with me & not the bike. Mark was very knowledgeable of this somewhat specialized bike, throughly respectful and has me loving my ride once again. No charge. Thanks for your help Mark & to Chris for helping me choose this bike 2 years ago. Stellar service all around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I own six different bikes and I've been taking them all in whenever service is required, or when ever we decide to customize with some new parts. The customer service can't be beaten. Chris and Mark always take care of us quickly and professionally. Lately I find myself hanging out in their shop a little more than necessary to watch them work and talk bikes because they are such nice guys. All the best to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought them an older bike that turned put to need a lot more work than I originally anticipated. They let me know what was needed, how much parts and labor would be (even though parts wouldn't be available until early fall) and then didn't charge me a cent for any of the time spent on my bike. Very friendly, easy to talk to. Definitely will be getting my money and patronage in the future.
