Both times I've brought the bike in they have put it on the stand straight away and kept it in top running nick even with my abuse and the filthy spring roads. Employees are always eager to help and give first hand honest input when deciding on products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent bike store. Not a fan of the giant monitor on the desk blocking out the customers. They have a good online store so I guess they're trying to keep up with that as well as the interruptions from people coming in person. That's surviving in modern retail I guess.

Haven't rode in a few years, technology changes scared us from buying new but the team at Cycle Logic took the time to explain things to us. I was at several other shops in town near Cycle Logic and wasn't even greeted by the staff or asked if they could help us. I highly endorse Cycle Logic and again thank you to the entire team for assisting in our purchase of 2 new mountain bikes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice shop! Good honest and to the point bike techs. A couple other bike shops in town were kinda snobby with me and didn't even bother wiping my bike with a rag when I got a tuneup, and otherwise made it painful to even spend my money in their shops. Glad the third one was a solid choice!
