Susan and Eric are amazingly kind and will walk you through the functioning of the e-bike before going on the ride. I recommend this activity to anyone visiting the Gananoque area as this is a wonderful way to visit Howe Island.

Eric and Susan are very knowledgable - helping choose the best ike for you and walkjng you through everything you need to know before going out on your ride. We are interested in buying an e bike in the future - being able to try different bikes was extremely helpful.

They offered us ponchos and covers for the seat in case it rained on our little adventure, and water as well since the day was hot! There is also a washroom in the facility and parking is available. The location for this e-bike rental is great - you can explore Fort Henry and easily access the waterfront. It's just so much easier to explore the area on an e-bike! I already recommended to my friends and I would definitely go again!

They are located at a very scenic part of kingston for those who would like rent and explore the nature around. They are extremely kind and passionate about their business and will definitely go the extra mile for their customers to ensure their satisfaction. It may have been a simple interaction but they have certainly locked in my business for life.
J	Joan Terry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hubby and I had the most joyful experience riding Eric and Susan's electric bikes. They are awesome, kind, patient and so knowledgeable! We had so much fun we bought 2 and are over-the-moon happy with them. We are like little kids with our new toys and love riding them! My hubby can ride long distances but I can't, yet, but these bikes are the equalizers for us so now we can ride together. He can turn the power off and get his workout and then click on the power when he gets tired and keeps riding. I am building up strength and stamina by doing the same. It's a normal bike, with a power boost and SOOOO easy to ride. This is one of my top 5 best purchases I have ever made in my 60 years! Thanks Eric and Susan, we are so happy we know you two!!!
