This bike shop, however, was willing to repair my bike. Now my bike is very smooth and operates like a totally new bike.

Robert was friendly and patient and easy to deal with. There was no sense of a high-pressure sale at all. Super happy with my new bike, and I look forward to picking up my old bike fixed up!
