★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven't been in to Toys R Us since well before the Pandemic. Their selection has changed for the better! The store is very well laid out but the Lego selection, Harry Potter selection, Barbies, mine craft, etc. is all a great selection and the prices/deals are great! If you haven't been in a long time, now is the time to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I missed going here as a kid. All of the sensory toys, from my adventurous discovery of the world and it's continents, to the first discoveries of colours, letters and common phrases. I'll never forget looking for my name on the water bottles and finding that childish dissapoinment when my unique name isn't on there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say, it's a toy store. Their video game section is pretty much non existent. Used to be very well stocked. However, a wide range of toys for everyone. Need more Lego variety though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a bike for my granddaughter at Toys"R"Us in Kingston ON this week, and was so pleased with my experience during each of my two interactions with expert members of the Toys"R"Us Kingston team, Dillon and Mason. I was so impressed with their expertise, professionalism, communication, patience, guidance, and the teaching provided about the bike mechanics and care. I was also impressed by their kindness, and their attention and care regarding the safety of customers, clearly knowledgeable, diligent, and attentive to the necessary pandemic infection control measures to protect their customers, themselves, and each other. This was reassuring to me, and instilled my trust, respect, and admiration. They went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, assembled and carried the bike to my car, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They deserve full recognition and respect for their outstanding service. Thank you!
