Tried to return it and had to deal with am incredibly rude manager. They left me on hold for 10 minutes. Little did they know I was outside the store and could see them chatting and ignoring the phone. Won't be shopping here again.

I was told it was not possible for the person in the office to check stock, and that the store was too busy to check stock. I should just go online, buy it there and they would keep it for five days for me. I am not certain I want to return to this previously enjoyable store.

Unfortunately I didn’t pickup the items in their designated time frame as I don’t frequent the area regularly. They refunded my card, cancelled the order (yesterday), and when I called today to instead confirm I wanted the products was told that I can no longer have them at the price I originally paid for them. What a difference a day makes! Not impressed in the least.

We ordered four items online and paid for the wrapping, pre-selected the wrapping paper, got the notification that the order was ready for pickup but when I arrived it was not wrapped and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. It was supposed to be a quick 5-minute pickup but because they had to wrap my present still and they were wrapping a customer's gift that was in front of me who had not pre purchased. Not the staff's fault 100% the policy in the way that it was set up.
