★ ★ ★ ★ ★ COVID has been hard on all of us, but even more so on our elderly parents for whom separated from their families have found the isolation very challenging. Royale Place, and specifically Sheena Brazeau the Lifestyle Consultant there, went out of her way to help my 90-year old father attend his grand daughters university graduation virtually and even became famous for it and published as shown in the attached picture. Thank you Sheena and Royale Place for caring for our family members when we are unable to! Ivo Steklac.

It is obvious they take pride in their work and it certainly shows with the quality of service our family receives, I truly appreciate it.

They are all about doing the best for the residents here in the community and making sure they are Happy, Healthy, and Safe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both my parents have lived here for 2.5 years. They thoroughly enjoy their lifestyle here, no cooking, no cleaning and having a RPN in the building 24hrs a day for my piece of mind. Being also retired myself, I frequently enjoy visiting and joining them in the dining room. More recently the food quality has really been impressive and comparable or better then restaurant quality. Great work Royale, save me a room in 15 years!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I previously worked for this establishment about a year ago, residents were treated well by staff, however the staff were treated poorly by management making it very hard to be pleasant and attentive when doing the job we were hired for. The level of disrespect that came from our higher ups definitely shows an impact on the staff turnover rate. Would not recommend working here to anyone, sad because the connections made with residents were beautiful and I will cherish those memories for a long time.
