★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walking into foot locker today to find the employee sitting on the counter on his cell phone. Not once did he greet us or even say boo. Very disappointed in this service. What has happened to this places .Be assamed asaa former employee this is horrible. Need our old management team back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an overall review after several visits in to the store. The customer service in this store is absolutely horrendous. Out of 10 times going in we may get acknowledged once. My son loves basketball shoes so we go in to look frequently, but maybe purchase 4-5 times a year and usually spend $120-200 per purchase. EVERYTIME we have gone in we are completely ignored. It is as though they don't even see us. There is ALWAYS 2-3 staff behind the counter either eating, sitting on the back counter, and on their phone. They don't even look up at us to say hello. They continue sitting on the counter, chatting and eating like we don't even exisit. I absolutely destest spending money here. A general manager needs to get in there and give the staff a harsh awakening. Or just fire them.
With that said the lady that helped us last night once she finally helped us was quite pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ trash store. no stock no nothing. been waiting for new stock after they open til now and still nothing. staff are pretty good but foot locker management need to send more stocks for newer and more stuff mostly shoes. Suggestions, a lot of students from queens that i know are pretty much a shoe collector especially jordans, please talk to your management and get more stock or even do a raffle for a limited shoe release. Anyway, still trash. ?♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was sooo disappointed. My daughter and I walked in and not one of the 2peoole working said a word. Young gentleman was standing against wall behind counter on his phone. Didn't acknowledge we were even in store. Girl came out and same thing didn't say a word. I asked to see a size sneaker and I got yup for an answer. We were leaving he said that it. I walked away said going to different store. That place needs people that r going to help others. So disappointed. Not gonna make sales like that.
