★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elevator was out, 1 escalator down. Saw several people who needed them and couldn't. Staff were few and far between and prices are still high, even for sale prices. Overall, what we've come to expect from The Bay.

She is genuine and knowledgeable and makes the best suggestions no Sephora ever gave me the same welcoming atmosphere I definitely switching my skin specialist for her . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our first time visiting Kingston and Hudson place is the first shop we visited while were’s looking for perfume to buy.
Chris Mcleod from Hudson’s Bay was so nice and accommodating to us. She’s not pushy like other saleslady (reason why I don’t want to buy perfume at any mall) but she is so kind, patient and charming. She gave us time to think about the product and to see if it’s worth our money.
We came back the other and she remembered us. That’s something!! Thank you for assisting us Chris. ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very pleasantly surprised with sales associates at the store in Kingston, Cataraqui Mall. They were cordial, sincere and very helpful. I've been to stores in Ottawa and Montreal and the sales people there were not even close to being this nice. What a wonderful change it was!
