Everything is a decent price and good quality, and if I even have any issues with anything, they are always more than willing to help me fix it. I got a pair of boots for Christmas as a gift from here and I went back to them because the boots started tearing at the front and even though I didn't have a receipt, because they were a gift, they still exchanged them for me for a new pair and I haven't had the problem again after that. Love this store!!

Selection was so-so, prices were reasonable however they had one person working in the store. The woman was taking care of us and then had a lineup 4-deep at cash, then a delivery man showed up. My daughter had tried on the size given and was waiting for the woman to come back to get us another size. We waited 15 minutes and she was still waiting on the ever-growing lineup. So we left without making a purchase. They really need two people working. One to handle cash and the other to assist customers.

I didn’t end up going to that work party. So I went back to return the purse and shoes(they stayed in my trunk all weekend). She implied they looked worn but returned them anyways. So my question is why would you sell me shoes that you thought were already worn? Will never be going back to this location. So disappointed

The manager helped me for over an hour and attending to my every need. I couldn't decide what I wanted on my first trip, but she was kind and compassionate about this and supportive of me "thinking it over". Often times, sales associates show their frustration or disappointment when their hard work doesn't pan out. She did not. I absolutely returned the next weekend bought my perfect pair! Amazing customer service. Thank-you so much.
A	Ashley P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely will NOT be going back. I've been a loyal customer at Call it Spring for a few years now and the customer service was horrible! Tried returning shoes i have not worn outside my house, let alone for 10 minutes and I was accused of trying to return shoes that were in lesser quality than when I purchased them. I can assure you since i did not wear them that they are 100% wrong. Very disrespectful and so rude. When I asked for a manager she said "i am the manager". Well, maybe you should learn proper etiquette in customer service. I was also accused of "scratches" on the shoes from scrubbing them. 1) The customer is always right, no matter what 2) You may want to rewrite your full return policy because next time I purchase something I'm taking a before and after picture. and 3) The shoes on the floor she tried to compare them to were in way worse condition. Attached is a photo of my shoes. Someone clearly needs an eye exam.
