★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very upset with this place. My husband and I went to purchase a Christmas gift and the price was marked on the box but when they rang it in it came up to be an additional $40! They wouldn't adjust the price to the one clearly marked with a barcode on the box and wouldn't even discount it. Any other place I have been to they sell it at the price it's marked as since that's their mistake!
We left and even though it's more expensive online at another store we will be purchasing from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be a great store and a fun welcoming atmosphere. It had a great manager named Stephanie, and an amazing staff and Customer Satisfaction was always a top priority. That manager is gone and all the staff left with her. The new manager is a pretentious jerk who is extremely full of himself and has zero personality. He's usually the only one there, clearly no one can stand working with him. I miss the old store.

Update: Met Kale for the first time today and she was equally knowledgeable and friendly. Love going to this store to pick the right game!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute store, friendly staff, however I bought a game recommended to me for $30 and was checked out as usual. I found the same game at Walmart for $15 so I came to return it and to my suprise they only do in store credit or exchanges. Nobody made me aware of this at checkout. It wasn't even mentioned.
I'd suggest looking elsewhere first for games as they're overpriced and once you buy you can't get your money back.
