Had a great conversation with one of the skincare girls named Emma. I came in to return a product that I had just bought without speaking to anyone about it and I had second thoughts and wanted an opinion based on my skin’s needs. Emma listened to everything I had to say, she collected all the important information she needed to make suggestions and she answered all my questions. I was very happy that she sold me what I needed and even looked at my current face wash to approve it rather than just selling me something else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I was here to buy some essentials, weird service, employees staring us, make me feel like , I am on different planet, Even we ask few questions, one word answer. Management should concern about these kind of things. Don’t judge people by look or color. Never gonna come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I forced myself to overcome my anxiety of physically going into this store, only out of desperation because sometimes I'm too impatient to order online. I find the store very intimidating because the staff are done up like literal clowns, and not a single one of them looks over 25 years old. If Sephora values all ages like they portray, then they need to hire staff from different age ranges so customers don't feel like they're walking into a highschool. I don't wear a lot of makeup and feel like I need to be glammed up to go into this store. I also don't like how they jump all over me like vultures every time I go in there. Some customers are more independent shoppers and want to stay low key. Aside from that, I'm only satisfied because I can get what I want from them and leave as quickly as possible.
