j	j s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will be switching to another pharmacy .I've been with a few shoppers drug marts to pick up meds bc ive moved and never have had an issue .last week I was out of meds I wish I had noticed sooner. Called the pharmacy they said they would fax my doctor its been 7 days since then so I called the pharmacy and asked if I could get a few pills till they could get my doctor to renew .pharmacist said no. I've been on these meds for over 5 years and obviously the pharmacist couldn't careless that I'm throwing up .I will be going back to the one I'm amherstview .my doctors office was closed from aug 25 to the 7 . I know it wasn't the pharmacists issue but really u could give me 2 or 3 pills antidepressants till my doctor sent the fax ...
S	Staci Elliott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this pharmacy gets our prescriptions wrong almost every time we get them. it’s honestly quite alarming, as they are dealing with people’s medications/health, and probably shouldn’t be.

I request prescription renewals online when it says it's time to renew them, but hours later when I go to pick them up I'm told the prescription won't be ready for 2 days, unless I prefer to wait 20+ mins in-store for them to fill it like I'm submitting the request for the first time. What's the point in submitting the referral online? Seems like a waste of everyone's time.

L	Lucile Ball on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always go here for my prescription medication, I had my doctor send a new prescription over to them at least 5 days before I went to pick it up and they didn’t have it ready when I got there. I was then told it would only be a 15 minute wait. Apparently 15 minutes actually equals 30-40 minutes here because I waited from approx 3:34 till 4:15 for my meds and no one even apologized for the wait, and it was the same lady that told me it would only be a 15 minute wait that gave me the medication in the end and she didn’t seem to remember me or care to apologize. Very unimpressed and I will most likely be moving pharmacies so I can save myself the headache of this happening to me again after a 10 hour day
p	patrick berry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't think they read these but I got the wrong prescription again. Found out on the weekend when doctors are closed. Got no apology or nothing. What if I did not have meditation to take till Monday? You can't make these mistakes! It's people's lives. How many people have to complain before you fix these issues?

However , it seems as tho every time I need my medication delivered driver is never able to get a hold of me . I’ve complained to the pharmacists who proceeded to tell me that I was lying when I brought the issue to him. I don’t know what I would be gaining by purposefully ignoring the calls from driver when my medication is to be delivered , after all I am the one needing the medication . This has happened over 10 times in the past months . This is absolutely ridiculous . Each time I call I make sure to double check with the pharmacy assistants/ pharmacist on duty at the time , my phone number buzzer and apartment number are correct so that there would be no conflicts nor confusion . This is absolutely ridiculous and you guys need to be a whole lot better . I don’t know why it’s happening but it needs to stop be rectified ! Not only am I suffering when this happens it’s just terrible customer service for a service for such a reputable company . I shouldn’t have to call over 5 times to make sure my medication is being delivered and let alone at the given time . Driver shouldn’t state that he has attempted to contact me and make delivery when he or she has not ! That is wrong ! And pharmacist should make sure that patients care is taken seriously ! I don’t write reviews and I felt the need to really address this matter on here ! This is absolutely absurd ! Seriously I am appalled ! DO BETTER !
