This review pertains to the pharmacy and the pharmacy alone. My doctor faxed a prescription on Monday. The Shoppers apparently never got the fax. My doctor re-faxed it on Tuesday. Still didn’t get it. I was on and off the phone several times, and my doctors were getting so annoyed that they called Shoppers to figure out what was wrong. I decided to go in person on Wednesday, and they were confused because there was six faxes for the same prescription. They tried to blame it on anything except for their own human errors. They waited until I came in-person late Wednesday afternoon to order my prescription (which wasn’t available in their store), and made no effort to contact me earlier (another day without my prescription)! I’m livid that it took four days to get my prescription! As well, the pharmacist himself did not provide a proper consultation, and he wasn’t wearing a face mask. Where is the professionalism? Am I asking too much to get my prescription medication? To me, it looks like the one main pharmacy worker (who was not in on Monday and Tuesday) was running the pharmacy by herself! At least when she started working, she was able to figure it out (despite having to fix other peoples errors)! Will never return to this Shoppers ever again, and I beg you not to waste your time going here if you’ve never been there before!

Will definitely be switching pharmacies after today, customer service has been terrible the last few times I’ve picked up a prescription. I have gone in a few times to ask a question and get some guidance on OTC medication and each time they make me feel like an annoyance to them. Extremely disappointed, absolutely no professionalism here.

Cheryl who worked in Canada post office section, has the badge showing cashier, claimed she is on the manager track on this store- I used my alias to buy something online and showed the tracking information from DHL and the confirmation of email, still being asked to show the “leasing agreement” of the agreement to pick up my package while she knows it’s exactly my package but still decided to waste both of our time for something worth nothing. Canada post should really train their employee… will be moving soon and hoping will never ever come back to this location.

Staff at pharmacy are always friendly but I’ve been having frequent issues with getting my perceptions filled in time. I have now moved shoppers because of this. I’ve noticed the service goes down when the student come back. I think they need to give the pharmacy staff more help.. I don’t believe it’s the employees fault, just not enough help for such a busy time

I booked a booster dose appt online about a week ago. Upon arrival at the store, was told I can’t get the booster. The best part is the reasoning behind it. I received both both my doses from Shoppers. However, because my second dose wasn’t from that specific location, and because the pharmacist decided so, I was denied my booster. They could’ve used any other reason, or just could’ve told me they won’t do it, than using such a silly and baseless excuse. I got emails, text messages confirming my appt, however nothing to let me know that the pharmacist has decided otherwise. Unless this is the only location selling a life-savjng drug, trust me, “DO NOT GO” here. Also do not reply with your automated post, call 1-800-blah-blah to waste more time. Best of luck to all other visitors.

I have really bad anxiety and I came to get my much needed medication. I have been here 3 times and each time I have had a horrible experience with the pharmacy. Just being rude to an obviously confused and anxious person. Normally I would just ignore it but today I was helped by Jennifer and it resulted in me having a pretty bad panic attack outside. This RARELY happens to me in public but she managed to do it! I always try to be as nice as possible and even with another member of the pharmacy they’re just rude in response to most of the things I say and they make me feel so dumb. After this I’m definitely not going back

I really don’t believe in posting negative comments but I feel like I have to. The rest of the staff at shoppers (especially the beauty counter girls) are extremely friendly. But AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS. I understand being on Princess may be stressful during student influx but I’ve had multiple awful experiences and have left in tears. Specifically, the head male pharmacist with the glasses has taken it upon himself multiple times to embarrass me when I ask questions about my medication by answering as if I’m stupid or saying it very loudly for others to hear. Not only that but I can assure you you will NEVER get your medication on time. I’ve gone multiple days without medication that I need to take daily and have suffered withdrawals due to their errors making me miss out on everyday activities. If you try to call them to sort out any issue they will either state that it’s not their problem or rudely hang up on you. I’m literally a 19 year old girl. I’m very quiet and anxious and am always patient when it comes service workers, but this is absolutely horrible. Please avoid.
