β β β β β I love this clinic. They have many patients, but also help many patients without Doctors. They are always caring, and non judgmental! I love that! Especially, when it comes to ANYTHING!

β β β β β No doctor on staff to fill out paperwork. Was told that they only had 1 doctor who could do driver medicals but was on vacation until June. Any physician can sign the form so I'm not sure how the clinic runs without physicians.

β β β β β Bad reception, never had a nice experience when being greeted or registered at this clinic and the staff are rude and inconsiderate every time. Good doctors if you can get past the front though.

β β β β β After literal years of medical gaslighting in this city, I finally found a clinic that would take my problems seriously. I admit i wasn't at all shocked to learn that it wasn't a doctor that I was having appointments with, because (unlike doctors) the physicians assistants actually LISTEN to their patients. Thanks!

β β β β β Was extremely pleased with Dr. Musca! She helped me through a very tough crisis.. excellent βbed sideβ mannerism. Ive been through many Physicians and will say.. she is astounding and above the rest! Thank you so much for your TLC and professionalism.

β β β β β Terrible experience with the receptionist. they seem to be rude, short tempered, does not listen to the request, especially during phone calls (which I have to use because of Clinic being closed in-person due to COVID cases in Kingston). Most of the times receptionist cuts my call in-between. Doctors are good though.

β β β β β I have gone to CDK several times with some recurring health issues. Last time I went, I was issued the wrong antibiotic prescription and was not aware of it until after I completed the full round of medication and another doctor told me this was the incorrect medication. I called the CDK clinic and left them a message to tell them this, and received a rude response from the secretary that did not address the issue saying, "You're a Queen's student so don't come to us." I will be reporting them.
Every time I have gone, they have tried to refuse service because I am a Queen's student and should be going to Queen's on-campus resources. This is extremely frustrating as every Queen's student knows the on-campus clinic often cannot see you unless you have booked an appointment weeks or months in advance. As a student living on the other side of the country dealing with serious health problems, this is extremely disappointing and I expect better.
The doctors I have seen have never seemed to care I am from Queen's, it is only the extremely rude secretaries. I don't believe they hold the right to refuse service. Awful clinic, don't waste your time.

β β β β β My doctor retired and i needed prescriptions refilled. Left a message and the Clinic rep (K) called the next morning.
She arranged for a Doctor to call within a half an hour. Dr J called and all was completed within 5 minutes..
Amazing service! Thank you very much!?
