★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartments have asbestos tile on ceiling and floor, parts of tips lifted in hall (aka releasing asbestos to airborne), no covers on outlets, dirty, plaster crumbling from wall behind radiators, and still cold. High ceilings, a lot of natural light/windows, and location a plus, but be prepared for significant DIY repair if you brave this location. Educate yourself on asbestos BEFORE doing any work!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queens/ ABBA night? More like just play whatever you want. I spent 3 hours there and I heard maybe 2 ABBA and one Queen song. I came here for the music. I actually thought I’d get it. Especially if it were advertised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good group of security guards, especially the guys near the entrance Colton, Connor, Quin, and Yaro and more.Always friendly guys, that love to chat and make sure you are safe but having a good time.
