★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a tenant with Highpoint this 2017-2018 year and have had a great experience. Maintenance and the Highpoint Team as a whole have been very punctual in responding to emails and troubleshooting issues. They also made sure to check in on the house while we were away for the holidays which made us not worry about the pipes freezing or potential break-ins.

I have lived here for a year and they have always been quicn to respond to questions, fixed issues quickly and in a professional manner, and requested permission before entering the unit. They do vacancy checks and ensure the common areas are cleaned. Overall a positive experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a tenant with High Point for the past 6 years and have been very happy with the service. I decided to stay with them as a rental company when I started grad school at Queen's because of how impressed I was in my undergrad. The units are nice, well taken care of, and they are always quick to make any requested repairs. I have had several situations where I needed emergency repairs and they are always responsive and get someone in quickly. Great service all around!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently living in one of HighPoint's properties close to Queen's University. My friends and I are very unsatisfied with HighPoint's management and have decided to move out for the following year. HighPoint is a very selfish company that is hungry for students money. They do not care about their tenants and are only interested in maximizing their profits. The lease is very deceiving and target's naive student's who are inexperienced with renting units. They show up unannounced or with very little warning and continuously work on their schedule with no consideration for student's busy schedules especially during the exam period.

They have been working actively and providing all necessary information such as expected monthly Hydro/Gas consumption when I was looking for the rental unit on early Sep. Highpoint Properties doesn’t hesitate providing a high quality of customer service and customer care.
