β β β β β For those similarly frustrated ones who would like to know which units are crazy partying at 2-3 am, itβs unit 16 and 7 at 272.5 Princess St. The leasing office fails to maintain a normal level of peace and made my working student life miserable.

β β β β β DMS is by far the WORST property management company one can ever encounter. Their staff lies blatantly, they do not care for tenants at all, have no service standards whatsoever and are far far away from anything remotely 'professional'. I wish I had known more when I signed the dotted line. Emails to their management go unanswered and the so-called 'senior property manager' is an invisible person who is extremely skilled at making up stories. Their service levels are pathetic as their staffs' focus is to cover up for themselves, cook up stories and blame each other rather than do anything to help the tenant. Water outages and break-ins seem to be a common occurrence at their properties. Save yourself and avoid them like the plague.
