★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good spacious rental unit. Was enjoyable to live so close to the down town core. BPE management could be more organized. The rental unit was not ready until 3 days after my original planned move in date. My auto-deposit slip was misplaced, and we have notified them of repairs that still havent been fixed (2+ months with broken kitchen lights).
Bottom line is I would rent from them again but getting in contact with the property manager can be a hassle. They are always friendly when communicating. Overall mixed experience.

A very easy company to work with and I would especially recommend to any mature or graduate students looking for a quieter residence.
