β β β β β I had tenancy with MacKinnon Development over the course of my studies. The unit provided me with more than I could have asked for, with a great view of Bath road, close to amenities and a short drive from campus.
The staff at MDC was outstanding. As they work daily to provide essential information for their tenants and perform maintenance as required to the building.
I strongly encourage tenancy with MDC, due to my pleasant experience during my stay at one of the buildings that they provide.

β β β β β I lived in 196 Union St, and the unit was second-to-none. I have found that a lot of student housing can either be run down or poorly maintained, but MacKinnon really delivered on their promise of "Premium Student Housing". I would highly recommend their properties to any student looking for a premium rental.

β β β β β I spent three years living in one of MacKinnon Dev's properties. Good location that was right beside campus. Management and employees are very respectful, neither me or my housemates had any issues with them during our lease of the property. I met Ewen on several occasions as he was quick to respond in the event that we needed him on the property. Certainly got the impression they were committed to delivering a good service. I would recommend them to any students looking for a good place to stay near campus.

β β β β β My experience with Mackinnon has been nothing short of phenomenal. They are quick to respond, professional, and always helpful in the case of any issues. Our house has been well maintained to a top standard, and services like cleaning, snow shovelling and garbage disposal make living in our house easy and effortless. While it is sad to be leaving, I can rest easy knowing the place I called home is in good hands with Mackinnon.

β β β β β My experience have been relatively mixed with this company. On one hand they have very well-maintained and updated properties with great amenities and quick response to tenant needs.
However, renting with them will set you back at least $1000/month which is very expensive for the units they offer. Additionally, the staff really pressured us to make a decision on renting their units partially threatening us and forcing us to make a quick decision on one of their rentals (it was quite an unpleasant experience)
