E	Evan Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Retrospectively, living out of a compost bin would have been less of a hassle than renting with Axon. I had a wholly negative experience with Axon. I could spend a day writing out all my grievances, but I will simply say we were given an over-priced unit in poor condition and then asked to pay for repairs. Furthermore, the correspondences with Axon representatives were often untimely and unprofessional. If you are a student looking for rental options, I urge you to reconsider your choices. Lastly, ask yourself what type of company has 5-star reviews that largely look formulaic...

They promptly answered all of our messages, were accommodating with unit viewing times and answered all of our questions. Overall an extremely pleasant experience so far and would highly recommend them!

We paid for cleaning but for a couple of months they did not come even though we paid which room get a refund for that we had to reach out and if not they were going to keep it. The cleaners at first came and did a well done job but over the months the cleaning became quick and the bare minimum. Regarding their communication and attentiveness, our microwave broke and it took a month before they came to replace it, thank god our neighbours let us use theirs. Overall a bad experience, tough to get in touch with the property managers on the phone and not very caring of their tenants. Super unprofessional and very unresponsive, they take advantage of the fact you are students.

She dealt with all matter with respect and efficiently, and was on time with all responses. Thanks to her we have found a really nice place to live next year! Mallory and Axon Properties are the best in the game to find you a nice home!

Very prompt to reply, we had a zoom meeting in the evening even, and answered all my questions and put me in contact with the previous tenant, which is a good sign. She was also very happy with their interactions. Very excited to move in now and will update as time moves on.

We finally found a listing on Axon and sent in an application. Within a few days, Mallory got back to us — Mallory is the BEST! As a first year student, we have had experiences with landlords trying to take advantage of us throughout the process. With Mallory, she was always prompt and concise with responses, never hesitating to answer all our questions and reassure us throughout the process.
