★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order was all wrong. I phoned and said I'd come down to pick up the correct items. I arrived 20 minutes later and the replacements weren't ready so I had to wait another 20 minutes. I finally got back to work after lunch with everyone's meals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately was really disappointed with the service we received yesterday. There was about 5 staff there and only person a head of me and had to wait 25 minutes to get our order… which was only one bowl and 2 smoothies. The staff barely even looked up while taking and making our order, didn’t say thank you or apologize for the 30 minute for my kids smoothies. The serving size in the bowl was so small… I even asked and offer to pay for extra veggies which was ignored. The guy in front of me said he was waiting 40 minutes for his order. So disappointed and won’t be going back :(
The portions at Rio Can are much better, store is cleaner and staff is friendlier …

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Waited 35+ minutes for a bowl that was 3/4 full at best. I understand the wait if staff are untrained, but at the very least I should have got more than 5 pieces of broccoli.
The lady who gave it to me did not give me cutlery and did not apologize for the wait.
I used to be a freshii regular, but after that experience I will not be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently went to the freahii on princess Street in Kingston. I have never been so disappointed with the changes they have made to the size and quality of the spicy lemongrass soup. This used to come in a large plastic container with lots of broth. Now it comes in a container that is one third of the original size. It tastes way too salty without a good amount of broth and it looks like Mr. Noodles. Freahii owner, please change back to the original soup. My husband and I couldn't even finish it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont eat here. Quality control is horrible, and employees unhelpful. Two smoothies we ordered full of plastic shreds. Called, asked for a refund, emailed the photos and they ‘cant guarantee they can resolve the issue tonight’ and ‘may ask me to come in to issue a refund’ photo of shreds is one sip of the smoothie— as much as I could filter with my teeth. It is literally full of plastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful Service! I went to go and order my boyfriend dinner from Uber eats due to his stomach was upset. I ordered a custom bowl with rice as the bace with some chicken and vegetables. The restaurant had ample time to call me with any changes to the order and failed to do so. When it was finally delivered there were so many things wrong with the meal. First they substituted the rice, due to them not having any, with hard chewy noodles. Then they "ran out" of large bowls so they sent 2 smaller ones. For the chicken there was only about 1/5 a chicken breast between the two bowls. And to top it all off I had asked for the sauce on the side and they couldn't even do that. A disgrace of a restaurant and if i could give 0 stars I would. NEVER GOING BACK!
