It is great to see an arrangement that is set up like a "human conveyor belt" one person at the cash register, another putting fixings on the order (burritos) another rolls/folds them up. It makes things as fast as possible. As they put together the order, they ask if they are doing this correctly!!! They have a nice staff and work as quickly as possible!! It was amazing to see them work with speed, accuracy and friendly service, all at the same time. What a "Combination"!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived at this place at 8:48 PM on New Year’s Eve. We called in before coming and we were confirmed that it’ll close at 1 AM. When we we entered at 8:48 PM at this place, the guy there told us that they were already closed at 9 PM. I pursuaded him that there are still 12 minutes(which is more than enough time). He said that sorry he has done all his dishes and cannot do it now. We eventually came back from there. The thing is that no matter even if there are five minutes left, customers are supposed to be served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a large burrito bowl like I do at home with just noodles and got like 6 noodles… called to complain and was told I didn’t order any toppings or rice… no I just wanted noodles so would you not put more noodles in… I paid for extra meat and buddy said they put even more meat in for me… I paid $40 for 4 bites of noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the plus side the place was clean. But unless they get things fixed with the current issues I saw, I fear the location may struggle esp in this neighborhood. I tried my first burrito from the new division st location because it’s close to home. I usually drive downtown to visit that location. The burrito I got tonight was much smaller than the downtown location. Noticeably less cheese and very stingy with other toppings as well. They also do not grill their burritos long enough in my opinion. Finally, they had no orders for pickup or other clientele at 9pm which is worriesome

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a butter chicken burrito it tasted like canned chicken and as if there was no sauce on it at all. We also got a steak burrito which tasted as if it was soaked in soya sauce and was very dry. Customer service was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Craziest Mexican Grill, one could ever experience. Service is totally relevant to how you encounter with them right from order placing till choosing toppings. Especially, when your deli server is cashier, and you're well greeter...??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My co-worker and I have visited 3 times now. I have tried the cilantro lime tacos, pulled pork tacos & today the quesadilla. Customer service is great & they are so friendly. I found the chicken slightly salty, but that could just be me as I cut back on my salt intake. Not salty enough to complain much.
All three times I have been in the workers are changing out the veggies and making sure everything is as fresh as it could be.
We will absolutely be back
