I requested a new delivery attempt on UPS.com. 9 days pass, no updates. Decide to call the store and get no answer, call back every 5 minutes for the next half hour until someone finally answers the phone. They cheerily tell me that my package is still sitting in the store, after 2+ weeks. I cannot possibly think of a less useful delivery company. It boggles the mind.

I worked for the rest of the day to locate the package with the local UPS Delivery Service Depot. When it arrived in store I notified you as promised. As a small locally owned family business, I do my best to resolve any UPS Delivery issues even though I receive $0.75 for that transaction. I am happy to discuss this further with you please call the store. I apologize again for your experience with UPS Delivery service. Thanks Tom (Franchisee)
