How bad of a company do you have run where people can’t rely on you to get your shipments. To whoever reads this, if you see your package is shipping with purolator cancel it and ask to be shipped with Canada post. Much more reliable, much faster and better communication. Purolator is Kingston garbage.
D	Diane Matza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my daughters and I sent another daughter a Kitchenaid Mixer. Cookstore.CA used purolator to deliver the package. It's been a nightmare. Purolator claims to have tried to deliver the package several times without success because there is no loading dock. The building does not have a loading dock but a main entrance with a lobby. Other deliverers have had no problems getting access, but purolator fails every time and fails to call my daughter for instructions. She has sent several emails, gotten assurances each time, but these fail to materialize. In fact it is clear the people she communicates with have made no effort to convey her concerns to the deliverers or to the purolator store where the package now sits. Today was supposed to be the day of resolution. Guess what? Another message saying the package was not delivered.
C	Comfort on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay home all day waiting for my parcel to be delivered, no delivery happens and I get an email alleging a failed attempted delivery... I call customer service to look into it and it even gets worse... I get an email to pick it from their office, I call to verify and they have something different in their system that the parcel will rather be delivered next day and if I need to pick it up then I can only pick it after another business working day... confusion of their own system. very disappointing
R	Roger Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been using Purolator for six years now shipping and receiving and never had a problem. I've never used a different company so I don't know about other ones but I'm happy with Purolator and will continue with them.

I was greeted by the kindest woman with blonde hair, I wish I remembered their name. I didn't have to wait long, I showed my ID, and I was on my way. I would absolutely recommend this business, they're always on time.

I was not there and would have not otherwise have knows as they did not leave pkg or any note indicating they were there. The next day I tracked the package. Said unable to deliver would call to make delivery arrangements. They never called. For three days a same update no calls. Their Kingston office did not have an operator pick:up. I finally called 1-800+ and now have to wait to next week
m	mohammad Ramezani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: I went for the pick up and the staff were so welcoming and helping. They called the courier and made sure the package will be sent to me. The operator on the phone wrongly told me on the phone that you have to go and pick up your package. It was flagged as "delivered to trusted agent". I had to take an Uber to be there on time after staying home for a full day waiting for my package. Not even attempted to deliver. Sent to the warehouse for pickup. I suggest changing the name to pick up service instead of delivery service
J	Jodie Lakins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE!! Parcel shipped May 3rd. Hasn’t been seen since May 4th. Literally in Purolator “hands” for just over 24 hours. Correspondence has been frustrating and inefficient. Continue to be told an investigation is ongoing. No one will just come forward and admit that my parcel is lost. Would give ZERO stars, if that was an option.
