★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scans were requested. After weeks of unreliable email correspondence the requested files were finally delivered as per the work order. However, these files were crooked, of different sizes, and one contained a faint pattern of some logo over the whole image that wasn't noticed until printing. I had to spend over $100 afterwards to correct these deficiencies, and the image with the pattern is un-saveable.

They shared their knowledge and experience for how to hang the sign in a less than ideal environment. They made my day- thanks Nancy, Brent, Claude and Kate:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just picked up a small padded print job today that I had ordered last week and forgot that I needed it cut in half. Not only did the gentlemen serving me do the cut while I waited, but he didn't charge extra for it. Top notch customer service...highly recommended.
