★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DOES NOT ENFORCE COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS - My daughter went into the store on Boxing day. She dealt with a sales rep that was not wearing a mask and was extremely vocal about the fact that no one could tell her what to do. I have NO guarantee that this is related, but two days later my daughter had COVID, then we all got it. When I addressed this concern with Bentley head office, they responded appropriately. Yesterday I noted that the same woman was still working there. NO THANK YOU. It would appear that ignoring safety protocols are not top priority at this location.
