So, she needs a new wallet... she is very not girly, so got a men's chain wallet.... when she saw the Dungeons and Dragons one, she immediately knew it was for her... with her ADHD, it is almost impossible to.finf anything she likes... thank God Spencer's made that easy...

Level of helpfulness varies for them, some offering to help immediately some greeting and I ask for help, either way I've never had a negative experience with any of them!

1. If you are gonna complain about customers standing in your way, don’t do it in front of customers and don’t stand in front of customers blocking their way in your store.
2. If there are easily 8 customers in the store, don’t have all 4 associates stand in a group at the cash.
3. Organize your sizes. There was no logic to how the clearance section was laid out. Shirts were everywhere regardless of sizes.
4. Be polite and mind your volume and language. I’m aware of the products you sell but you’re a business. Be mindful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this store a half star, I would. The customer service at the Kingston location was absolutely horrendous. The staff seemed very immature, stood in groups talking amongst themselves, one staff assisted my friend and then when she was done, we did not see her again. I was still looking and needed assistance and waited a good 15 mins (if not longer) and was not even acknowledged by staff, while they giggled amongst themselves and made their own purchases. We left after that and did not purchase anything, though we had hoped too.
