Disgusting Customer Service - you have to beg them to help you! Employees should be fired.
I agree with all of the negative reviews on here about this store.
The owners must be burying their head in the sand.
Will NEVER enter store again. Rude and disrespectful employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wish this could be no stars.. but listen to all of the comments and DO NOT GO HERE.. Over the two times I have been there, I have never experienced worse customer service or professionalism in my life. The second time I only went because I ordered same day pick up online, which I had to wait 7 days for.... They have some good prices but not worth the service... I will now be spending a few extra dollars to shop local.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't give them a single star if possible. They are rude and know nothing about customer service, as if they are forced to work there. I have shopped in softmoc toronto stores more than this location, even though I live in kingsron. I have been there twice, the second time was to make sure I have not prematurely judged their lack of decency. I also suggest to whoever work their to find a different occupation since they are miserable at what they do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, I would give it a zero if I could. The staff completely wasted my time. I called ahead and asked if they had a specific boot, they said they do, and when I arrived they said they do not carry this brand. They were very rude and seemed annoyed when I asked for service. Which is what they are being paid to provide. Do not shop here you will regret it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ waited over 20 minutes only to be ignored by the staff, asked the lady at the register is she can help grab me a size and she rudely told me shes helping someone else and then disappeared into the back for the rest of the time i was there. terrible terrible terrible experience. if you can, go spend your money somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience for me. Seems to be a trend in other reviews. Four staff there and no one offered help. Hey it was morning coffee time! It was a Sunday with no other shoppers in the store. I found a pair of boots I loved but they didn’t have the colour in my size. No offer to order them in. I even said I could order them in…the girl made no reply. I ended up settling for the same boot but in a colour I wasn’t crazy about. Looking for Birkenstocks today but I won’t be visiting this store.
