★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been through 3 pairs of boots since October. 3 different brands. I treat them and only wear them outside walking to and from the car. The woman I dealt with who I believe to be the manager was quite rude. Not seeming to believe that I had bought them just in Oct when I returned them in Dec. She gave me store credit as I did not have a receipt. I then selected a new pair and when I went to put them on after purchase I noticed there was a huge rip in the lining. Now I was frustrated - I brought them back in - she rolled her eyes at me and was NOT very friendly as I returned another pair. I then selected another pair (only getting store credit) and we are exactly one month later and they are all torn in the toe and the sole and coming off. They are AWFUL. I would take them back but I don't feel it's worth another poorly made pair of boots and rude attitude from the manager. I will not shop here again and will continue to advise others of my negative experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff wasn't helpful at all twice I had to seek out a sales representative to help make a decision on foot wear I required for work. The store was empty other then another family looking for shoes. Two employees and neither seemed to be willing to help. I won't return. Next time I will shop somewhere else. Love my new shoes hated the service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No service whatsoever, not even acknowledged. I tried on about 6 pairs of boots, no one offered any assistance. Couldn't find my size in the boots I liked. Ended up leaving and buying a pair of boots at a different store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good store, good service, selection lacks sizes for men below 8. As a man with a smaller size of feet it leaves little selection. They do carry the option to order it but in the age of online shopping it doesn't help to much for a brick and mortal location.
Still, not a bad place at all. I always recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my wife a pair of shoes for her birthday - paying for the correct size to be ordered in from another store. Unfortunately when they arrived, they had a scuff but my wife still loved them so we got them. If there is anything like them or better in the city please let me know - we looked everywhere (LOL). Anyhow, Gregor who tried to buff them, provided the best customer service that I have experienced in quite some time. Enjoy your shoe shopping!
