M	Mira Niole on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay clear of this place. Very little portions, and high prices. Food is tasteless also. Their cod sandwich tastes like candy. It was so sweet I couldn’t eat it. Waited forever to get bill. Came for lunch and was there for 2 hours. Just overall not a good experience. Save your time and go elsewhere.

F	Fillipehh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well we walked in the host was very nice seating us, until we started waiting for our server. Took roughly 15-20 minutes to get asked if we wanted drinks. When she finally stopped by after realizing we’ve been waiting, she asked what we would like to drink, I go ahead and ask for a beverage that’s on their menu, and she proceeds to tell me they do not serve that drink anymore. So she suggests we take some time to look at the menu and leaves. At this point we are tired of waiting so we decided to leave. We would’ve liked at least a suggestion from her on what I could have gotten instead after waiting.

Staff were courteous and the food was delicious, as well as being reasonably priced for the portion size (my husband couldn't finish his Thigh meal and had to take some home which is rare) One small note I had though was our server was wearing a very different style from the rest of the staff. Fishnet arm sleeves, a short black skirt, and a completely different style of shirt, as well as black lipstick. I don't really care how people choose to present themselves but I felt that the style of dress did not match the tone of the restaurant, especially when everyone else was in jeans and a plain black shirt. I feel somewhat old fashioned discussing it but it just felt off to me. Other than that an amazing night and we will be back for sure
r	ray miller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location in Kingston. Very festive on the outside to draw you in. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Place was quarter full at lunch, service was ok. They have a nice selection on the menu, food quality is good. The place is neat and tidy. I'd repeat coming back.

C	Candice Shaw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was super excited to order my fav their balsamic chicken, my husband got the rib/wing combo and our daughters split a sirloin steak meal. It was so disappointing to say the least... Everything was burnt (my chicken tasted so strongly of charcoal with barely any sauce, which was the entire reason for us ordering from Kelsey's), the steak was not medium rare and the veggies were barely steamed. The only thing I enjoyed was their broccoli cheddar soup which is always amazing. I don't normally complain but when I called their response was to just send out a voucher which I haven't received it yet but I doubt it comes close to the almost $100 we spent on inedible food. We usually love Kelsey's but we always go to Belleville location :( Update: I received a prompt personal message from the restaurant apologizing for the food not being up to standards and asking for us to give them the chance to make it right on our next visit. It shows how much they value their customers opinions and our patronage. We will definitely be ordering again very soon and are looking forward to the amazing quality food that Kelsey's has always been known for.

Not much curry flavour, zero spice, a lot of vegetables and very little chicken. It wasn’t bad by any means, it was just “meh.” Our server was very nice and patient as we had a little guy with us who made a mess, bonus points for that.
