Love the store, but the hours are a little bit misleading. If you go to the main entrance a sign says "store hours: 7 am to 9 pm" while online it says 6 am to 9 pm. The entrance at the loading area is open at 6 am but there's nothing at the main entrance to direct you there and a sign that explicitly states the store hours as opening at 7. I guess I should have just tried the other entrance instead of sleeping in my car for an hour but can't help but feel that signage is not clear and could easily lead to confusion like this. Don't make my mistake!

Very very frustrating online ordering experience. We ordered a shed via online - shipping had a week window. To be honest, I always expect delays since the pandemic. However, we got a shipping update right away, it had been sent and picked up by Day and Ross in Missisauga. Great, however a week later it still hadn't updated. I called them, to be told that it's been off loaded to an outsourced company! Ok, who snd what's the tracking status? No one can tell me. I spoke with Day and Ross and with Home Depot Customer Contact Center. No one can tell me an update, where my shed is, a tracking number or anything. I have a $1000+ shed, somewhere between mississauga and kingston, and NO ONE can tell me where it is. The worst part is that the home depot rep i spoke to didn't seem to care, didn't understand why this is frustrating, or that it's unacceptable that a customer isn't updated, given tracking information and kept in the complete dark about where their order is. Both them and the rep from Day and Ross said hopefully it'll be their this week.. hopefully? I'd like an actual update on my package. I asked for someone to call me back from home depot or an update from Day and Ross, and 24 hours later, still nothing. Extremely dissapointed, I hope this finds someone who can give me a legitimate update. I will update this review once someone has.

Horrible customer service. I ordered the flooring for my house from them and only a portion ever arrived. It's taken so long that I had to eat the cost and rip out three quarters that was complete and replace it with some from a different store. They won't even give me my money back for the flooring that isn't being delivered and I haven't been able to get a manager to agree to speak to me or call me back. Be very careful with any online orders from Home Depot. It's a scam.

Tanya at the service desk really helped me make someone’s day better! Thank you for going above and beyond to help me ! Matty helped me bring the item to my car. This Home Depot usually has almost all the stuff I need. The store is well organized and some of their staff go above and beyond the call of duty, Dan is always there willing to help and there’s never a dull moment with him. There’s one lady in particular who always drops whatever she’s doing to come and watch me process my transactions ignoring everyone else. I’m not sure if she does this with all visible minorities and I don’t think she’s even conscious that this is the bias she displays. Other than that, this is probably the best Home Depot in the region, well it’s the only one. I personally think that Bias training is needed for some of the employees at this store.

About 12 years ago we renovated our kitchen. We bought everything at home depot. The service was great then, and it continues today. Our cupboard fixtures come with a lifetime guarantee, and sure enough,12 years later I come in with a broken hinge. No questions asked, no receipt needed, the salesman said he'd find the hinge, which he did,as well as giving me an extra. Badaboom, done and done.

Staff were knowledgeable however we had a hard time finding something to speak with. Store is large and could be overwhelming when looking for something unfamiliar. Amazing plant/garden centre! Went in looking for 2-4 items… left with 2 new plants.
