Hans, the person who came to do the estimate, took one look at my door jam and recommended I simply replace the slab door rather than replace the entire fame. This type of honesty is rare in sales these days and I appreciated Hans saving me thousands of dollars. I can't speak to the product, but as for customer service and care Clera gets a five star in my books. Thanks.

Frank is fantastic at setting everything up, he provides amazing confidence in the services provided and takes every measurement needed for your installation to make your life easier. The guys installing are also amazing. Great type of guys who listen well and work very efficiently. They respected our request to have extra social distance precautions as we have someone in my house who is immunocompromised and we have to be extra cautious during this time of Covid-19. Without hesitation they agreed to our request and began to work efficiently. I'm very glad I went with Aaben from start to finish and will be sure to pick them again for all future window and door purchases. . Plus I collect Air Miles so that's a win.

There were a couple of hiccups along the way but the Aaben came together and fixed them without issue. The windows look very solid. The person that came for the quote was very knowledgeable as well. Overall very good experience. Thanks Aaben!
