We were booked in fast by the office and Dave’s team did a fantastic job with the install. The technicians were efficient during the install and very pleasant while working! We will be calling Tozer for our HVAC needs in the future.

Since moving in, over the last 2ish years they've installed a gas line for a gas stove, added a gas line for the BBQ, installed a new furnace (and checking on it), and just today, Jeff & Rob installed a new water tank. I highly recommend using Tozer.

They are always quick to show-up when the SOS/bat signal is sent out in emergency and come on time and sometimes even fit us in earlier for regular schedule help. They are kind, clear and incredibly helpful - fixing all our issues and being honest for what the next steps/long-term plan should be without pressure. They explained everything they were doing and why. Great guys with a fantastic sense of humour. Dave dropped by few times to check on the job. It seemed like a real team at work.
