★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first person who showed up was Kevin (plumber). He wasn’t informed that the hot water tank needed to be replaced, even though I clearly communicated that on my initial phone call. He was great and called it in, managed to get me another appointment about an hour later. Mike (electrician) and Eric (plumber) came and were a well oiled team in the removal and installation of the hot water tank. They were also very personable. All work was completed in a professional and timely manner to my satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do wish to share my experience with Reliance, serviced by Ian this date.You hope for a pleasant efficient service call which does not always happen. When it does I feel it should be rewarded at least with the time it takes to have it noted. Ever detail was checked out even the outside terminal. (Not sure of the terminology) but the checks were completed to my satisfaction with an explanation of the service rendered that I understood. No further questions were needed by me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tim came to my store today to do some maintenance work on my furnace. He was great to work with! He cleaned it up for me. Told me the age of the furnace and what I could expect in the future from it. The best time to replace a furnace to save money. I’m in the process of renovating the location so he also let me know a couple things I can do to stay compliant with code as I finish the store for my wife. Great experience and hope to work with him in the future if I call Reliance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called a few places and two came out to look and assess our leaking water heater. Both offered the same service and close to the same timeline however one was more expensive and had less flexible options. Reliance offered the more attractive offer for our situation as well the less expensive. The installer, Chris was fast and super pleasant. He explained what he did and was in and out quickly. Reliance also could come in less than 24 hrs to replace our heater. I really appreciated that because going without hot water in the cold weather is a lot less comfortable. We boiled water for “showers” only one time, thank gawd!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As in the past, Reliance honoured their company's policy without an issue. My hot water tank began leaking at the bottom due to age. Their technician Mike S. was top notch. He was very professional, and very knowledgeable. All the completed work was double checked to make sure there were no issues, and my basement area was thoroughly cleaned up. Excellent service as always, and peace of mind knowing they are a reliable company.

Both Installers were very courteous and professional, and did their utmost to make the installation of a new Furnace in the middle of Winter as painless as possible. They also were very thorough in explaining the operation of the system.
Very impressed! I will definitely recommend Reliance Heating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment made for the same day of my call as my toilet would not stop running. Technician called before arriving and we discussed what was going on. He arrived with the part in hand. While working to replace the filler valve he noticed some other parts were completely damaged so replaced them as well. He was amazing. Very professional and personable as he worked. Took but a few minutes to complete. No mess when done. Very happy.

Ron was very professional, on time, friendly, and knowledgeable.
He spent a long time trying to figure out why my air conditioner briefly stopped working and helped me understand my "smart" thermostat better.
Because I have the warranty plan, the whole visit was free! Great value!
We discussed the reality that the system is getting older and he gave me the contact information to get a quote but he was very laid back, not pushy at all, which I appreciated.
