J	Julie Moor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patrick and his partner installed a new furnace and thermostat for us a couple of weeks ago. Both were very friendly, respectful and professional. They worked independently and were finished the job in 4-5 hours. Patrick demonstrated the use of the electronic thermostat for us and responded to all of our questions. When they left, the work area was clean. Our business with Haven Home and their team members has been very positive to date.

Their prices are very competitive, and the selection of the heating and AC system we selected was very well explained by Don. We were given an installation date within 7 days with a timing. Don explained us what would be done by showing us inside and outside the house, specifically, the future location of the AC Unit. This gave me ample time to prepare the work space and remove items that would in the way. The Techs were at our front door bang on time. Kenn and Drake did the installation professionally. They are a very good crew to work together, good communication, resolved issues that came up effectively. The work was a two days process, first the furnace and than the AC Unit on the second day. I realized installing such a system is not an easy task, all aspect of trades is involved in this process, Gas, Electricity, Pluming, Masonry, Programming and a lot of imagination. All this executed according to building Codes. I am very satisfied with the work performed by Haven Homes. Thank you to the Techs Kenn, Drake Jordan and Andrew. JOB WELL DONE!!

He says that he will contact a technician ASAP. At 1:45pm, a technician, Nick Patterson, calls me back. At 2:30pm Nick arrives. He is also very nice, very experienced, and very quick. At 3pm the furnace problem is fixed. Thank you Nick! And I will recommend Haven Home to everyone around me.

During a scheduled seasonal maintenance check, our 6 year old propane furnace (which we purchased through HH) burners were discovered to be corroded (a side effect with propane) and therefore not as efficient. New burners were ordered and installed within a couple of weeks. All free due to furnace warranty and service plan. Telephone communications were pleasant, personal, professional, informational and attentive. The service technicians were pleasant, personal, professional, hard working with a deeply appreciated attention to detail. With Haven Homes you are in good hands, we will continue to use their products and services. Thank you Haven Home staff!

Derek was very responsive via email which is important to me as I am in meetings all day long. The installers (Matt, Kenny and Ian) were very professional and organized. They brought all their tools with them, including floor sweeper to clean up. Used protective covers everywhere to ensure they dont leave dirty floors. Installation was done on time and the equipment is working well. Will definitely recommend to others.

Got a text with a picture of the technician before he arrived and when he did, he was super polite, wore a mask, had a treat for my dog (she thought that was the best thing ever) and took his shoes off. While the tech wasn't able to resolve my issue (construction related), he tried everything possible and explained to me the problem and suggested several possible courses of action. I would definitely recommend this company for their prompt service and knowledgeable staff.

The company we had do the install has gone out of business and we recd a card from Haven Home offering their services and are we ever glad we decided to use them. There was some issues with the way the furnace had been installed that we would never have know about until it was too late but Shane fixed all the items that needed to be fixed and left us feeling very grateful for his service. Thanks!
