The office staff (Tina) helped co-ordinate with the P.U.C. to turn the water off so the repairs could be done and Toshack's service person (Josh) replaced the part immediately. D	Dan Qureshi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Rinnai Tankless Water Heater had a Small Leak in the copper pipe. We called Sure Fire Heating who are the authorized service contractor for Rinnai and is now owned by Toshak Heating and Cooling. The tech came and said it cannot be repaired because the heat exchanger is no longer available from Rinnai and the tech puts a clamp on the pin hole which by the way made the leak worst. The next day Toshak sent me a bill for the repair and service call for $ 139 plus tax along with an estimate to replace the unit at the price of 4200 plus tax. We called Rinnai and they asked me to call another authorized service provider in our area to have it checked. The tech from the second company came and fixed the pin hole leak by soldering it for $ 50.00 dollars and told me that if I need to replace it in near future for any reason the cost to replace the unit will be $ 2850 all inclusive. It was $ 1350 cheaper than Toshak's price for exactly same unit. I was very disappointed with Toshak's service and there outrageous pricing and incompetency to repair the unit. They will never get my business ever again..........................
R	Rob Burns on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we hired Reins heating and Air conditioning to install a heating system in our house. Our house was originally baseboard heat so we required ducting and new furnace and ac unit. But unknown to us Reins heating and Air conditioning is owned by Toshack heating and cooling. So to our surprise Toshack showed and installed the full system . After the install was completed we found out that Reins /Toshack actually compromised the point load wall of our house when they put the ducting through the block wall. We were told by the owner that they would repair the damage only if we would write a letter stating that we would not talk or post about the damage they did to my house. Since we refused the owner is refusing to do the extensive repair that has to be done. They did all this work without permits .My advice to all is stay away from both Reins and Toshack as any damage they may do you will be responsible for unless you sign your rights away
