They cleaned up everything, they were both very polite and knowledgeable regarding the new unit installed. Would recommend this company for any all heating and air conditioning systems. The estimate and walkdown was very professional and the install was scheduled quickly. The technicians Brandon and Nick, were very prompt, courteous and flexible. They listened to our suggestion of an alternate way to run the conduit from the condenser unit to the breaker panel and it turned out great. We are extremely happy with the experience.
C	Carl Ar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didnt come on days they said, took longer than expected, broke the siding of my house from not using the proper tools, had to ask them to fix it or it would of been left a mess, waited days to months to get the rest of the job finished. Some employees were nice but others very rude, supervisor or senior staff yelling at guys while on the job while I'm home listening to the rudeness. I wouldn't recommend this company to any of my friends or people I know, I wouldn't even want to work for a company that yells at its staff and thinks it's ok, while the staff just stand there and take it thinking it's ok, that's just not right.

The person how answered the phone was very pleasant and understanding of my issue.(no heat). the Service Techn was very proffessional , reponsive and very knowledgable. I recieved a fast quote and determind it was time for a new furnance . I had quotes within an hour and reviewed the information they supplied and asked questions the next day and ordered the furnace. They showed up when they said.They installed the new furnace removed the old and cleaned up. I would highly recommend Exclusive Cooling. Len McIntosh

From Paul's promptness and professionalism during the initial quote to all the team members that took part in removing our old oil furnace and tank to install a new propane furnace and A/C unit. They only sold us what was needed and explained everything well before we hired them. They were courteous and competent. They arrived when they said they would and communicated well throughout the entire job. They are a well run organization with good people. You won't be disappointed

I am absolutely floored at the amazing customer service I just experienced! Chuck has a natural ability to calm you and make you feel like you're in good hands. Being a first time home owner, I didn't know what I was up against. I was stressed. He came in with the most positive energy. Smiling and engaging. He was very professional and got to work right away. I am so so grateful for this company and its great warranty programs and for technicians like Chuck. Thank you for making my day! This was MAJOR infrastructure for my house - not just cosmetic upgrades! The whole team was excellent from quote to response to my detailed questions to installation and a full checklist to ensure the work was done well. They even adapted to a change in AC unit on installation day after unboxing .. when I changed my mind. They said I needed to be happy and gladly went to get a different unit to ensure me - the customer - was satisfied. I highly recommend Exclusive Cooling.
